Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 1 medium size white or yellow onion chopped
- 1 small red onion chopped
- 1 green bell pepper chopped
- 1 red bell pepper chopped
- 2-3 stalks celery chopped
- 1 can red kidney beans
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1/2 pack McCormick Chili Seasoning Mix or any type of chili seasoning to taste
- 1/2 tsp. paprika or to taste
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano or to taste
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes or to taste
- 1/4 tsp. salt or to taste
- 1 cup water

Instructions
- Heat a pot over medium heat.
- Add olive oil and garlic. Sauté until fragrant. Stir to prevent burning.
- Add onions, peppers and celery and stir. Sauté until tender.
- Add beans, diced tomatoes and tomato sauce and stir together.
- Add McCormick seasoning mix or chili mix, paprika, oregano, red pepper flakes and stir.
- Add water and stir.
- Add salt to taste.
- Raise heat to bring to a high simmer. Then reduce heat to maintain a light simmer for 15-20 minutes. Stir occasionally. Don't let chili stick to the bottom of the pot.
- Serve!
